在“双万计划”与“部省合建”背景下,如何实现国家标准与地方特色的有机融合,成为西藏大学国家级一流本科课程中学英语教学法建设的核心挑战。文章基于Gay的文化回应性教学理论,构建并实施“标准+特色”双维改革模式:既遵循“金课”“两性一度”通用标准,又深度契合西藏多语言环境的三语习得规律与本土需求。通过系统实施更新教学理念、优化课程内容、创新教学模式、改革评价机制、打造教学团队“五位一体”举措,课程质量显著提升,具体表现为学生评教满意度和学业成绩的稳步提高,以及课程目标达成度的持续达标。研究最终凝练出“能力递进”+“文化嵌入”的范式,不仅为同类院校一流课程建设提供了可资借鉴的路径,也对推动教育均衡发展与高质量教师培养具有重要启示。
Abstract:Under the backdrop of "Double Ten-Thousand Plan" and "Ministry-Province Co-Construction" initiative, a core issue in developing the National First-Class Undergraduate Course "English Teaching Methodology for Secondary Schools" at Xizang University(XU) is the organic integration of national standards with local characteristics. To address this, this study, based on Geneva Gay's Culturally Responsive Teaching theory, constructs and implements a dual-dimensional "Standard + Characteristics" reform model. It adheres to the universal "Golden Courses" criteria of being high-level, innovative, and challenging, while aligning with the patterns of trilingual acquisition and local needs within Xizang's multilingual environment. Through implementing five integrated measures of updating teaching philosophies, optimizing course content, innovating teaching models, reforming evaluation mechanisms, and building teaching team, course quality has been significantly enhanced.This is evidenced by steady increases in student evaluation satisfaction and academic performance, alongside the consistent achievement of course objectives. Ultimately, this study proposes an effective paradigm of "Progressive Competence Building" + "Cultural Embedding," which not only provides a referential path for constructing first-class courses in similar universities, but also offers significant insights for promoting balanced educational development and high-quality teacher training.
